Gina,
Firstly, you might begin by telling us what you personally are interested in regarding sights, monuments, activities, etc...while in Lisbon.

HI!
Don't miss... 1. Walking the tiny streets of Bairro Alton, especially at night when the locals come out and the bars pour onto the streets. 2. Going up in the Elevador do Gloria to see the city from high and then go the the Castelo to see where you just were from the opposite side of the city. 3. Taking a ferry across the river and getting great seafood at one of the restaurants on the other side. 4. Belem - everything there! The tower, the mosteiro, the archaeology museum, the cultural center and the pasteries! 5. Alfama and Fado!!! Eat and drink and sing! Hope this helps! Maria

hi.
regarding what mariatia said, i just would like to add the "Parque das Nações" (is the newer part of the city where Expo'98 was made). Within the food tradition, you must eat some grill sardines ("Sardinhas Assadas") and at "Belem", you must try the "Pasteis de Belem". Hope this helps. =)
