Someone came down to the dock yesterday and told my husband that you can no longer anchor off the Dry Tortugas. Does anyone know if that is true?

Thanks - I did check the National Park webpage and they say that there is no camping until further notice, and that anchoring overnight is only permited in one area. But I know that webpages aren't always completely up-to-date.
