There are two vendors at the Greenflea Market at 77th St. & Columbus Ave. (open Sundays only) who sell Chinese artifacts and antiques. One is set up along the path leading into the school, and another is along the fence Columbus Ave.
I do not see them on the limited list of vendors on the web site, but they're there every Sunday. http://www.greenfleamarkets.com/

Go to Mott Street and Canal in Chinatown. There are a number of stores that sell these.
For handicrafts try Pearl River Market in Soho 477 Broadway between Grand and Broome. Its on the West side. www.pearlriver.com/

Fake chinese antiques will be along Mott St in Chinatown (near Chatham Sq). Also, you can find them on Mulberry St between Canal St & Bayard St. I also remember there is a store on Bayard st between Mott & Mulberry St that sell fake antiques stuff.
I agree with Iam1wthee, you can find plenty of chinese handcrafts in Pearl River Mart. If you need cheap chinese crafts, you may also take a look at a so called "Dollar Store" in chinatown at 28 Mulberry St, New York, NY 10013. Most places in Chinatown do not take credit cards. Pearl Mart takes it.

I would also check out the area around 25th street and 6th avenue. There's a flea market there called "The Garage" and there are a lot of antiques stores on the side streets. The flea market isn't as lively as it once was, but the surrounding stores always have at least some Chinese pieces in their inventories.
