Here you can see the rides at Linnanmäki http://www.linnanmaki.fi/en/linnanmaki/rides
This year they have a new roller coaster called Salama.

I saw a tourist shop selling souvenirs and advertising itself as cheapest in Helsinki, in Mannerheimintie somewhere near Töölönlahti bay and Olympic Stadium. It's easily accessible by tram 4, 7 or 10 and is located on left hand side of the street when coming from city center. Easy to spot. I can't guarantee, of course, that it is actually the cheapest shop.
Linnanmäki amusement park is mostly for kids and teenagers, I think. I don't know if adults would find it very interesting. Anyway, admission is free and you can check if you want to take a ride.

Hello
Linnanmäki the amusement park is very old. It's a real park, and a bit high on a small hil (in case the older people find it difficult to walk there). But it's a nice place to visit, as the entrance is free. There are benches to sit on to relax, to look at people, to look at the little one having fun... I'm rather sure Finland is a quiet place after Delhi - our population is only 5,3million at the moment. It's relatively safe here, you may feel the streets are empty.. I'd advise you to have a family lunch in a place called Seurasaari. It's an outdoor museum but you can take your packed lunch there, too. (As I have done with my friends very often). You can have your barbecue there, too! regards,Soili

I bought a Finland t-shirt at the Market Square (Kauppatori) with the word "moose" in Swedish, Finnish and English and I paid something between 5 and 10€.
