We are in Las Vegas for 10 days. We don't want pack the closet in our suitcase. Is there a Laundromat close to the Flamingo Casino?

Located about 5 miles (10 minute drive) away at Decatur and Charleston, west and north of Flamingo Road is the large Magic Wash Laundromat.

On our first trip to Las Vegas, we packed extremely light, thinking for sure each hotel had a coin laundry in it like cruise ships do. Unfortunately, our limo driver told us that hotels in Vegas do not. Luckily I always bring liquid tide with me on every vacation. So the only choice I had was each night before I went to bed, I washed whatever we wore and hung it on hangers on the shower bar above the tub so it would only drip into the tub. (You do not want to have it dripping in your room on the rug or bathroom floor) By the end of the next day, if not sooner, they were clean and dry and I was able to put them away and use the hangers for the new set of clean cloths. It was sad because this was the very first time we EVER packed light. LOL. But it worked out for us to get thought the week. If you want to go to a laundry, you'll need to take a taxi and depending on how far you are from one, you'll need to decide which course of action is best for you. The hotels on the outskirts are closer to one I am sure then a hotel on the strip. The hotels offer laundry services, but after looking over their prices, it just wasn't worth wasting my spending cash on. (it's cheaper to go to your local dry cleaner! LOL)

The Flamingo has laundering services. I am not sure of the prices though, you may have to call. If you bring enough to wear for at least 5 days, you will only have to send out the wash once. There are not really any laundromats on the strip.
