What is the time of the last trip of the Ferry boat from Batangas pier to Sabang and White Beach?

Sabang is 4:30PM. I think its a little earlier in White Beach (not sure if there are still boats at 3PM)

Ferry boat ??? A car ferry is available only to Balatero, contact: Montenegro lines. A modern fast vessel travels only to Puerto Galera (or Poblacion). All the other boats are of local traditional style, are called "bancas" and travel only with daylight. Try to be in Batangas port before 15.00. If you are late, take any boat to Sabang, Puerto Galera (Poblacion), Balatero, White Beach. Distances by road are not so long and you can go to your desired place by tricycle or jeepney.

I would rather not reccomend to go to Sabang or white beach. There is the only nice place there - one luxury resort which has been articially build, nice, near Coco beach. But expensive. Owned by Danish family for about 30 years. But really nice.

The sea is not clear, polluted, chemical factories which can be seen along the boat trip from Batangas to Mindoro. We only stayed in Philipiness cause we had only some 5 days, then traveled further to Palau Island in Micronesia for diving.

Now preparing trip to Palawan, ariwing to Manila 25.4. Hope it will be better. The further from Manila and big cities better. The more open sea and bay, the sea currents take away the pollution and corals are better.

In fact, diving near Puerto Gallera - the worst I have ever seen, and still many diving centres. Almost no fish, pollution, crazy...

I call BS. Puerto Galera is one of the best dive sites in the country. There is no pollution either.
