I didn't see it either. What are you referring to?
This forum is patronized by travelers, not representatives of any sort of company, civic organization or travel bureau, s you have to elaborate in questions. I know Prescott, AZ fairly well though, and, although it's a really nice town, they certainly don't have anything that could be considered a Music District. They only have a couple of live music venues.
