Hi,

we will be travelling for 4 nights to Vienna and apparently all budget accomodations are fully booked. Any ideas of private accommodation will be very welcomed!

Try the SuiteHotel Wien Messe on Radingerstrasse, a very quiet street only 10 minutes from the centre by metro (and the Wien one is truly excellent and fast), excellent location and cheap (€100 for a spacious 30 square metre room for 4, with fridge, air con, etc.).

They sometimes do reductions for 4 nights, there's one in Geneva (it is a small international chain) and they're excellent for the price and facilities, you can't beat it

we met the same problem. And decided to stay nearby Vienna, there are number of small towns offering budget accomodation and not far from Vienna centre and with exellent transport communication.

As example, we have chosen this one.

Is the SuiteHotel fully booked when you will be visiting Vienna?

If it is, there's an IBIS 300 yards away, I've stayed there as well, good as well, will be cheaper (but you'll need 2 rooms), try the IBIS site or accor.com
