Petra - 1 day pass is 21 JD, 2 day pass 26JD, 3 day is 31 JD. Prices may be a bit out of date.
At Wadi Rum - go to the Visitor Centre and arrange your tour there - there is a list of tours with fixed prices - we did a 4 hr tour for around 50 JD - this price is for the jeep (up to 4 people). We did this tour over a year ago so prices may have changed.
As I remember, the Jerash entrance fee was not that much but can't remember the exact price.
A good hotel for Petra is Crowne Plaza - very near the entrance but small rooms. The price per night is 150 JD for a night in May. I went in low season and remember it was cheaper then.
Jordan is not a cheap place to visit.
