Im planning to go to Copan ruins on saturday early evening and come back saturday night or sunday morning in June 2008. Is it possible to do that?
eventually i can try to go to copan on for 2 days - as many of you recomended;

Do you know any travel agencies which will help to organise it or where i can buy the tickets or see the schedules of the buses in order to better plan my trip???

There were some posts but the links like mayabus and angel... but they did not work or my e-mails sent to the company did not have any respond....

Do you know +/- schedule and cost ? of 2 days trip ( by scheduled bus, hotel, visiting the ruins?)

virtually any agency in antigua will be able to book the trip for you. usually shuttles leave at about 5 or 6 am from antigua and return from Copan at around 1 pm. i believe the cost is about $15 each way last i checked.

As said before... you'll find shuttle vans going to Copan once you're in Antigua, lot of people do it. Anyway, I'd do it in two days.

If you want to save up some money and go on your own, you need to take a bus to a GT/HN border crossing called El Florido. The ruins and the town of Copan are few kilometers from there...
