Hi has any one stayed at xanadu main beach, could you tell me if it is a good place to stay for facilities and location to beaches, theme parks, restaurants etc

You'll find Xanadu fine. Very close to Surfers Paradise in a trendy area. Near to shops, beaches and great food outlets etc. Great walks along the beachfront.
It's easy to get bus transport to other suburbs, theme parks etc - very close to Sea World. Just make sure that if you intend to swim in the ocean Swim between the Flags ONLY. Too many people have drowned this year on our Gold Coast beaches.
