Stirling is the only low cost carrier on this route, but you could look at the Off Fare of the KLM (http://www.klm.com/travel/nl_en/index_default.html).

Scandanavian Airline SAS = 149,56 Euro not very low cost :(
There are not many lowcost cariers that fly from Copenhagen...

Have a good flight

Hi there.

Sterling doesn t operate on 14 june........

However 13 june evening (19.00-20.20) has availability for EUR 61 incl taxes on Sterling.
Furthermore, SAS is expensive on 14 june EUR 158 incl, but they have availability on 13 evening for EUR72 incl taxes. Either 18.10-19.30 or 20.05-21.30

All subjec to changes.......

Regards
Marcel

Marcel, thanks for you help. how can an airline, even a small one, not operate
on a Saturday in springtime?! anyhoo, I did check out SAS, and I will pay the
USD 293, as I do need to leave CPH on Saturday morning. Say, can you recommend
a quiet neighborhood for a hotel in CPH? I'm 50, don't drink anymore, and I do not
want to be near the Red Light District. I don't mind a long walk into the downtown
area. I live in New York; if you ever need advice about NYC, let me know. Thanks.

thanks for your advice. it turns out that Stirling is "off" that day! i was forced to take SAS. also, I want to see an "inner suburb" of AMsterdam, an area maybe a few subway stops from the center of town. I want to see where the people, who work in Amsterdam, live. what do you suggest?

You can do that walking. Go from the Central Station to the Brouwersgracht and into the Jordaan area.

Other option: Take the #4 tram and visit the Albert Cuyp street market.
