Please can anyone tell me if there is an old Egyptian Bath House/Spa similar to (Turkish Baths) in Cairo and where this is located.

In fintess clubs you will find a lot, but as sauna not such traditional turkish bath, as far as I think at present.

There is for sure old one but only for local people not for tourists only males
