Re: Driving from Split to Novi Sad Posted: Thu April 17, 2008 01:47 PM UTC
Driving Split- Novi Sad is 606km, approx 9h. You can check all the possible road routes on www.viamichelin.com. It is the most straightforward and easiest way, but unless you have your own car it's not the cheapest one. If you're taking a train you'll have to go Split- Zagreb- Novi Pazar or Beograd- Novi Sad. Which is a fairly long trip (check www.bahn.de/p/view/index.shtml for all details). There are buses from Split to Belgrade or Split to Sarajevo (Bus station Split and timetables on www.ak-split.hr/EN/vozni.red/index.html )and then to Novi Sad from either of those (from Sarajevo timetable is on Centrotrans web site and it's not in English but you can see the times under MR-372 I.SARAJEVO-NOVI SAD on www.centrotrans-ad.com/redovivoznje.htm#5)
