Colbinstown is actually in Kildare (re:google maps) your best bet is to get a Bus eireann bus from Bus Aras in Dublin 1. Colbinstown is just off the N9 national primary route which is the Dublin-Carlow/Waterford road ring 00353-(0)1-7033395 Bus Eireann customer services. there may not be a direct bus service but it looks to be about 3km from the main road. only a half hour walk maybe.
