Liquor From Duty Free

Hi Everyone,

Greetings.

Need advice about is it cheaper to get bottle of Whisky from Dubai Duty Free or Singapore DFS Gives a better deal?

Dubai is cheaper for most alcohol.

Yes Colin is correct. Dubai is cheaper compare to S'pore.

Dont forget that you can't take liquor (duty free or not) back into an airport and there may also be problems unless its the last leg of a trip if purchased as a transit passenger. This is all because of security precautions.

When we went to Dubai airport (we'd been staying there for 3 days) there was a very large collection of wines and spirits just left there - we wondered what the authorities did with it all (VERY large party perhaps - LOL).

ooh... that's cool! & save my trouble carrying them with me all the way from Singapore. Noted about not taking home & I think it's unlikely haha.... Maybe will just invite you guys for the booze night & problem solved. lol
