Trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local on the day variations.
This information should be used as a guide only.
Here is the average weather for Namibia for this time of year.
Enjoy your holiday.

High 90f / 32c
Low 69f / 20c
Rain 0.00in / 0.0mm
Humidity 9

I have checked all areas of Namibia and the average rainfall for November is 0

I went in November 2 years ago and the weather was warm sunny and no rain. They only tend to have rain in their winter which is june july and august.

The Winter months DO NOT HAVE RAIN, that is the dry season. Rain falls in December, Janauary, February in general which is the rainy summer season.
We were in Namibia late November/early December last year. Temperatures in the north were between 35-45 deg. C! It was stinking hot and had not had any rain to that point. Temperatures in the south can be hot too but probably not quite as bad. There is still a chance you could get rain in November, it just depends on the vagaries of the season.
