I would like to know the name of the architect who build this church.
I couldn't find it on any website! Thanks in advance. |

hi, most of my Antwerp page is dedicated to the 'Pauluskerk':
http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/2bf0c/57a3e/ (Off the Beaten path tips and Intro). I also have a book about it, but it does not really say who the architect was, if there was any. The current chuch is the 3rd St. Paul's church from the 17th century church. It is probably instigated by prior Ophovius and Pieter Paul Rubens. The person that knows the most of this church is Raymond Sirjacobs. I enjoyed a tour of the church by him, twice. He was responsible for the last restauration, earned himself an honorary citizenship of the city Antwerp, and literally knows everything about the church. His email is: sint-pauluskerk@topa.be
