Is there a timetable for the bus line 143 from Lelystad Centrum to the Lelystad Airport?

Yes, it is line 148, direction Harderwijk.
The schedule is twice per hour, 4 and 34 minutes past the whole hour from 6.04 am until the last one at 6.04 pm. Then at 6.37 pm, 7.37 pm, 8.37 pm and 9.37 pm the last ones. The ride is 13 minutes (from Lelystad central station to Lelystad airport/Eendenweg).
