The main London oach terminus is near Victoria station, i.e. across the river from Waterloo. There might be a bus service to it, or take a cab, or walk.
www.nationalexpress.com bus direct from Victoria to Salisbury takes 3h30, costs £14.40 one-way http://www.londontoolkit.com/whattodo/stonehenge_g details of local bus service

People usually take the train to Salisbury if they wish to visit Stonehenge, as the coach journey is so long. Train fare costs more, of course, but the journey takes just an hour and a half or so.
www.nationalrail.co.uk for train times and fares. The bus to Stonehenge stops outside the train station. Journey time is about 25 minutes. Timetable and fares are now on this link: http://www.thestonehengetour.info/
