http://www.bahn.de/p/view/international/englisch/i It very much depends when you want to travel. Fares for tomorrow from 54.10 euros one-way, but booking well in advance may throw up cheaper options. Use your required dates to search options on the site.

There is a Prag-Spezial (Prague-Special) ticket. Munich to Prague and return for EUR 62,00. It is valid on the 4 connection listed in this leaflet
http://www.bahn.de/regional/view/mdb/pv/dbregio/au Return trip must be lastest 1 month after the outward journey. No further special conditions. You can buy this ticket on spot. If you're not traveling alone there are cheaper options.
