Hi,
Try old-time food in hawker style at Pancoran, Glodok. If you want window shopping for electronics and computers go to Manggadua. Another place to visit is Jakarta Fair at Kemayoran. It is aa annual big expo that held for Jakarta's anniversary. Ussualy starts at mid June. Those places are not far from your hotel. Enjoy Jakarta Ingka

thanks for the tips ,anyway where should i bring my kids ,any museum as they did went to ancol and marine world.

There is a new theme park for kids called Kidzania. Actually, they called themself edutainment town. It is located at Pacific Place Shopping Mall level 6th, Sudirman Central Bussiness District, South Jakarta. For more information you can go to www.kidzania.co.id
Another place to be think about is Safari Park in Puncak. Yeah, it is at outside Jakarta, but it's worth to visit. I hope its help... Cheers
