The obvious website: www.turtleinnboracay.com tries not to look like an agency and gives the email address: hkmhalenn@yahoo.com but I guess you have looked there.
Recent independent reviews on other sites (which are all very positive) refer to the owner as ‘Troy’ and the VT page: http://members.virtualtourist.com/vt/lm/247f/?i=0 give an email address: boracaytroy@yahoo.com so maybe that is worth a try.

You could go with either of those. The above email address is for Troy's wife Mhalen, not a travel agent.

Not sure if you have gotten a hold of anyone at Turtle Inn, however, the owner is Troy. Troy will usually tell customers that they best prices are the ones online. He has a few websites he uses for bookings, I'm not sure if the prices a different. Call them on their land line and ask for the best site to use...
Turtle Inn is a nice place and Troy usually goes out with his guest to show them Boracay and a good time.
