Hi all, I would like to spend 5 days round trip from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi then Phetchaburi and return. Has anyone done this route? I am hoping to leave and return from BKK airport.

We didn't do this route but many of our friends did and had no trouble doing it in less than a week.
Are you driving, bussing, training? Which ever way you will be able to do it OK. Petchaburi is not actually very far from Bangkpok - about 150 K's i think, same with Kanchanaburi so you should be able to do a neat triangle trip.
