would appreciate feedback on:
1. are conditions good for diving in late july
2. respectable dive operators
3. recommended dive trips
4. vacation rental vs. hotel (any recommendations?

1. Conditions will be fine in late July, eventhough it is Hurricane season, Cabo is located where they usually are not affected

3. The Marine Reserve is a must!
4. Depending on how long you are staying whether you should do resort or vacation rental.
I would say do an All-Inclusive RIU Palce Cabo San Lucas is a wonderful property.
