Dallas Reunion Tower

Has anyone else besides me noticed the colored lights that they have been putting on the Reunion tower? Anyone know why? Plans or anything??

You know that they're renovating the restaurant and bar and whatever in the tower, right? It's been closed for months and not supposed to reopen until the end of the year or so...
