1.Can I travel by Train from Chennai to Tindivanam or Viluppuram and then by Bus to Thiruvannamalai.
2.Are frequent Buses available from Tindivanam or Viluppuram to Thiruvannamalai ? 3. Do trains from Chennai (to Trichy or Madurai) stop at Tindivanam or Viluppuram |

Yes....you can travel by train from Chennai to Tindivanam.From Tindivanam, you can take a bus to T'malai. Villupuram will be a bit far away for T'malai.
There are buses at frequent intervals from Chennai Koyambedu Bus station(CMBT bus station) to T"malai. Almost every 15minutes you will have a bus from Tindivanam to T'malai. Most trains( from Chennai) stops at Tindivanam but one or two don't stop though not sure.Pls check.However all trains stop at Villupuram -being a junction.
