I will be staying in Buenos Aires and then traveling to Uruguay with a friend. We were thinking of Punta del Este. Can anyone give me any info on what to expect and what there is to do? I read that there is amazing beaches and some nightclubs. Recommendations for places to stay and eat would also be appreciated.

Hi,
The beach depends when you are going to PDE. The views are great all year round, but you won't be able to enjoy the beach now as we are comming through colder and windy days. Winter is comming. Enjoy, Rafa
