Does anyone know what the phrase "Iorana Aringa Poka" means - Hello __ face? What would the meaning be behind this phrase?

I think that's aringa "ora"...thanks for the attempt! :) I cannot find the word "poka" anywhere.....help!

May it be PUKA instead of POKA?

puka = book
aringa = face
