Lovely time of year to go but don't expect to lie on the beach an tan.
let's say a t-shirt/ long sleeved top during day but jumper and jacket is required at night.
Make sure any hotel you stay in has hot water and heating as it can get nasty
otherwise. (frozen pipes and therewith no water at all can happen)
Oh yeah, i forgot you were asking about Agadir. No, it probably wouldn't happen there as it's such a touristy place and not particularly beautiful, but if you head for the real Morocco that's what you could expect.

I would say or ask that when you have a good amount of time as the 2 weeks and when theres such a choice of excellent places to go to why you want to choose Agadir above the others! Of course theres freedom of choice but are you aware of excellent alternatives...

Agadir with its space for big hotel development around the big beach area and with modern main town area because it was pretty much all demolished in an earthquake in the 60s is an ideal spot for mass package tourist development - (those that want a package with 2 or 3 meals- preferably at a 3 to 5 star international level and probably preferably the staple British diet, mod cons, beach to lie on, some modern shops such as the Costa del Sol and so on - so Agadir does not really have a lot of the real Morocco that can be experienced by the independent or cultural experience seeking traveller that is to be found elsewhere in Morocco.

On the other hand Essaouira has the beach location plus the cultural potential and is historically recognised and protected with its Unesco status. and is not far from Marrakech. In other directions there are the wonderful mountain areas ot TizinTest and over to Taroudant and wonderful Tafroute, or to TiznTichka to Telouet and Ouarzazate and on to the Sahara desert. 160 km away there is excellent waterfalls of Cascade douzoud and on up to Khenifra is quite interesting. An excellent circuit of these sights could be done in the time that youve got with public or private transport.

Thank you everyone who replied.I do realise Agadir is a purpose built place.I have already done quite a lot of Morocco, and do know how wonderful it is.But I am looking for somewhere to just relax by a pool,as an alternative to Goa or Thailand!

Have you ever considered Taghazout just a little north of Agadir?

Was going to suggest Taghaout - i have friends in Norway who travel and stay here each year - hopefully this year i will join them. they love the beach there.
Also for day or overnight trip rather nice out at Immouzzer though will be chilly in the winter months when the sun goes down. Pretty drive though.
