Guangzhou Bookcenter is a large store just a short walk from Tianhe shopping centre - take metro to tiyuxilu. It's well signposted.
There are at least four floors, but English books generally are on second floor (one up from street level). There are both language books, including domestically produced Cambridge works, as well as some basic literature, i.e. classics. I don't think there are any modern works of fiction, but I've never really looked. There are also other languages jumbled in there - French, Russian, Korean etc. Again mostly educational language works rather than fiction. Prices are good. By the way, there are lots of maps on the first floor (street level).

"Information" is an uncountable noun thus no plural form, no such word as "informations"... or "infos" in this case.
