really very tight... if your interest in banaue is only the rice terraces, then you don't have to stay in banaue. the terraces can be viewed even from banaue town proper... hop on to the first available jeepney bound for bontoc and on your way, try to request the jeepney driver to stop for a few minutes at viewpoint. there, you'll have a good view of the terraces.

as soon as you arrive in sagada (probably around lunch time), go to the big falls. the next morning, have your sumaguing cave tour; and after lunch walk to calvary, echo valley and see the hanging coffins.

If you are going by way of Banaue you will be arriving in Sagada by Saturday noon. You have enough time to hit up Sumaguing Cave. After that you can hike to nearer places like the cemetery all the way to the hanging coffin site and burial caves. If budget is not an issue rent a jeepney that will take you to the rest of the sites.
Sunday morning a brief tour then head back to Bontoc for the jeepney/bus to Banaue (last trip from Bontoc is 1PM). Tell the driver to get you off at the Banaue Viewpoint. From there hike your way via the terraces back to the town proper. Then flag a tricycle to take you to the town center or to the bus station if you haven't got enough time. Or, if you are feeling lazy, from Banaue Viewpoint, flag a tricycle to take you back to town (only 4kms far)

that's too short for sagada since most of the time you will be on the road :) anyway, better make sure you will be able to hop in on the first trips from baguio to sagada i think around 530 or 6am so you will be arriving in sagada before lunchtime. to maximize your stay in sagada try to do the cave connection upon your arrival from burial cave to big (sumaging) cave , you will spend this the whole afternoon (you will be inside the cave for at least four hours), the shorter version is for the sumaging cave alone (two hours inside) then walk around town upon your exit see the hanging coffins, the terraces around town.. if u have time for sunday, make a quickie trip to the big falls early morning and be back to town proper before lunch.. leave for bontoc by lunchtime then book for the bus to manila which will leave by 3pm yata.. try to visit the bontoc museum while waiting for the trip..
