Hi guys,
I'll be visiting Medan next month and I like to do some shopping.. is there perhaps a hotel in Medan that is adjacent (or next to) a shopping mall? I rather prefer a short walk to the mall than take a taxi.. Many thanks! cheers. |

Hi Joel!
In Aryaduta Hotel, the newest 5-star hotel in Medan, there is a shopping mall below it, the Grand Palladium. The Sun Plaza, the biggest shopping center in Medan located at the corner of Jalan Ainul Arifin & Jalan Diponegoro is also about 700m away from Aryaduta. You may just take a becak to go there for about Rp10,000 fare. Happy travels, Arianne
