Boston kiosk wagons
Posted: Mon April 7, 2008 07:31 PM UTC
I am looking for a kiosk wagon that sold alphabet letters filed in with things
starting with that letter, example; A apples, angels, apes. I have purchased several for Grandchildren by phone and can no longer reach the man. Does anyone know what happened or if the business was sold. Please let me know any
information.

If this wagon happened to be in/near Downtown Crossing, there is a big reorganization/reconstruction going on in the area (the building Filene's basement was in for decades) and I have heard that many of the wagons were ordered moved by the City of Boston for the interim. Some were apparently relocated, but perhaps not all. Since I don't get to that part of town frequently, I am only reporting what I have read in the local newspapers. Good luck.
