Hi Guys/ Girls,
I'm interested in the possibility of renting a property in Dubai but was wondering what was required to do so? such as visa, bank account etc... Thanks |

Hi Chris, welcome to VT.
Do you mean long-term rental? If so, you have to have a Residence Visa to sign a lease. To get a RV you either have to buy a property or have an employer here who is your sponsor. Short-term rentals are no problem, serviced (hotel) apartments are plentiful but not cheap.
