Hello, my husband and i are going to hurghada in a couple of weeks. I know that i can purchase my visa once we land at the airport but I'm unsure about my husband as he has a ukrainian passport (with a 2 year spouse visa for the UK). I can't talk with anyone at the Egyptian Embassy as its all recorded messages.
Can anyone help us?

In this case I am not sure if your husband can get the visa at the airport. Send a letter and/or an e-mail to the embassy with your question and hope they answer soon.

- remaining in South Sinai resorts; and

Hi - Citizens from certain countries must obtain a visa before arrival. Since you're receiving conflicting information here, I suggest that you contact any Egyptian consulate that you can get through to for the accurate information. For important information such as this, it's best not to depend on the info from these boards unless someone has the same situation.

I work for a visa company in London, so can tell you definatively that the Egyptian Embassy in London advise that Ukrainian nationals must obtain their visa in advance, not on arrival.

Visit www.uk.cibt.com to confirm the exact details (this may differ if you are not applying in the UK).
