In Little India, you can go to Mustafa Center. You can get good rates there and probably the currency you need. Also in the CBD, you may find lots of exchange offices and their rates will be more or less the same, but they may not have the currency you need. Just avoid exchanging in airport because of low rates.

if you knows the dayly exchange rate, dont be shy to ask all money changers for little higher rate. if you need only little money, the money changer dont want.
alsough you can go to the CITY BANK, DEUTSCHE BANK and some other banks all taxi drivers have a good knowledge!around Bugis Junction are some money changers wish you a nice time in singapore

The rates at the airport are not much lower than the places mentioned but it is slightly lower. They generally don't charge commission anywhere.
If you exchange money in town, some places offer a slightly higher rate for US$50/100 compared to smaller banknotes.

HI! Ven:
Hope I am not too late. Try People's Park Complex in Chinatown and Peninsula Plaza. Have fun in Dubai!

Hi Xuess,
Thanks & not too late at all, I've got the currency changed today at People's Park with the rate of SGD 37.5 to 100 Dirham. Thought the rate is ok while most offer 39 or more. Cheers!
