Will shortly be visiting Paphos, it's been a little while since I've been there so can't remember and would appreciate your help!
Some members of my party can't have cows milk and drink goats milk. I know I'm going to the country of goats and sheep produce BUT can I get goats milk in Woolies or one of the supermarkets there pretty easily? Stupid question, I know, but I've got to check.
Also, can anyone recommend a reputable car hire company there? We also need to hire car seats for infants, or is it advisable to bring our own?

We use elephant car very good look on line they will phone you back and you can ask about car seats.

Used to get goats milk in supermarket but seems to have stoped there is a health food shop paphos who had powderd .Google it they have a site that you can ask what they have .

I highly recommend that you bring your own car seat. Unless you find a rental company with child seats willing to pick you up at the airport. We found that child safety was less of a priority than one would expect. We more than once got into a taxi and found out there were no seatbelts for us, yet alone our own child seat. In fact, we ended up using a specific taxi company in Paphos area that had 8 seater vans with seatbelts build for car seats.
