Is it possible to take a bus from Assisi to Siena? If so, how long is the trip and how much would it cost?

Timetables here:
http://www.senabus.it/ENG/activenews.asp?idcat=&am Scroll down to 'Toscana Ombria' in blue. Takes a couple of hours, three buses a day. No idea about fares, but it won't be very much; public transport in Italy is extremely reasonable.

Hi,
We wanted to travel by train from Siena to Bologna but, supposedly, the train service to Florence is poor, so you actually take a bus to Florence and then train it to Bologna. You buy the tickets at the train station and the bus stop is just left of the train station. We were the only two people on the bus in July 08. Roily
