Can some one tell me how can I access this hotel from the coach station where I take the coach form London? Thanks a lot.

Your hotel is located on Leith Links, not far from the foot of Leith Walk. I used to live nearby and the best way for you would be to get a taxi from the bus station. Head out of the main entrance at the bus station into St Andrews Sq and there is a taxi rank; shouldn't cost more than £5. Once you are familiar with your surroundings you could get a bus.
