Hello,
Casablanca airport is quite a way out of the city, At least 40 minutes drive to the center, If you take a taxi you could have a brief visit to the Hassan 11 mosque. Probably the most interesting sight in Casablanca . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hassan_II_Mosque

I agree with windcity, you havn't really enough tim to leave the airport with any peace of mind. So, if you have to spend time at Casa airport, spend it in the lower level restaurant which is quieter and has windows where you can enjoy some kind of view of the outside world.

Yeah, go for it. Hope fully your bag is in transit but if not they don't have locker rooms, so don't waste time looking for them. Grab you bag, head to the taxis, negotiate a return to the Big mosque incl the driver waiting. He'll look after you bags in his boot. If you don't do a guided tour you might even have 10 mins to spare for a mint tea in one of the cafes.
Just tell the driver by what time you need to be back so he can judge according to traffic how much time you'll have at the mosque.
