There are Catholic churches in every town in Spain. If you had wanted another type of Church then there may have been a problem, but as Spain is a Catholic country you'll be sure to find more than one!

As far as I know there are any English language services available but there are definitely Spanish catholic churches all over Tenerife. The Anglican church (tenerifechurch.com) use the Spanish catholic churches for services.
