We are going to Bohol and looking for the most affordable place to stay. Could help please in recommending nice and neat hotel? Do you have the contact number of Alona Kew? Mobile number please? Also, any recommendation for rent-a-van? Contact number and rate?

Aplaya Blanka Resort in Panglao has the most affordable accommodation, so far. It costs around 1800 for 4 people.

You can try the Dumaluan Beach Resort it only cost 1500 standatd, its a beachfront and neat resort.. i hihgly recomend you Ondoy for the transportation here his number 09173604661, he can help you for that matter!

Contact Claire (a VT member) who stayed in Alona Kew last February. I also went to Bohol but stayed in Armarela.

There's this non-beach front place called Paragayo Resort which only started it's operation on October 2007. Very nice place, friendly staff, clean and airy rooms with balcony for only P1200. You may contact the resort at 0385029172.
For the van, you may contact Ned Cuaresma. You can arrange for a package airport transfer and tour at a very reasonable price.
