We are a group of 6 arriving in Copenhagen at the end of August to take a cruise. We are arriving a day early and need transportation from the airport to our hotel. Also will need transportaion from hotel to cruise port and from port to airport. Is there any shuttle service that can accomodate 6 people with luggage available? We have 2 people that have some medical problems so they would not be able to pull their luggage for long distances so I am not sure that we could use the train unless the train station is very close to where we get our luggage at the airport. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

well your question really need the name of your hotel.

We will be staying at the Clarion Collection Mayfair.

There is a train running under 100 meters walk from when you clear customs that runs every 20 min. to the main station that are 200 meters from your hotel . To get to the port I would from the condition of your travel party make the hotel arrange a larger taxi for you.

Btw at this site people write tips for other travelers .. if you look around a bit you might get some helpful info.

there is a taxi stand right by the exit at the airport.
you would need two taxis for 6 people, but they can carry your luggage easily.
each taxi will cost you around 200 danish kroner (40us$) for the transfer.

Thanks for your info. Do you know if the taxi's take american dollars or do we need Danish money?

you should pay ether with danish currency or with a credit card.
paying with dollars will give yuo avery bad deal as dollars are not common in denmark.
