Catch the train from Pisa Centrale and change at La Spezia. You can then get a train from there to all the towns of Cinque Terre

See www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html
There are regional (i.e. local) trains that run between La Spezia (as noted) and Genova on a frequent basis; however, not all of them stop at all the towns of the Cinque Terre...so look at the website...you may discover some direct trains (i.e., not non-stop, but no change of train) from Pisa to Monterosso al Mare, or you may have to change in La Spezia... The regional trains do not take reservations. Just go to the station before your desired train, buy the ticket, validate it, then hop on the train...if there's room to stand, you can get on... Bill
