| Vienna | Accessibility at Schonbrunn Castle Posted: Thu April 3, 2008 02:03 AM UTC
I am handicapped, and use a walker/wheelchair. will I be able to tour the castle? Can you give me information on other handicapped accessible places to visit?
Thanks - Marilyn |

As I remember it, Schonbrunn should be fine for you - you know, I don't remember any steps at all. Kunsthistoriches Museum has lifts and all the other galleries we were in also have lifts. The tour of the Opera House I would not recommend either for accessibility or for value for money. The tour of the Parliament is interesting and inexpensive, and accessible.
