Phnom Penh Which is better to stay?

Hi guys... i have read the reviews of the Dara reang sey hotel, and the Number 9 guesthouse? ... which of these hotels can you recommend? A clean,good location, and CHEAP one.. hehehe or pls. can anyone suggests a better place to stay? we'll be going there this end of april.. hope to hear from you guys..thanks:)

I've stayed at the Dara Reang Sey hotel, following very positive recommendations, and I was very happy here. Its well located, clean and comfy and has a reasonable restaurant for breakfast etc.

Not on the riverfront, but about a 5 minute stroll from it. Have a look at my tip, as I am sure I have the address on it.
