Do you allow people to have wedding ceremonies by the waterfall? If so, what is the cost and how do I confirm the date?

The waterWALL?
It's actually privately owned by the owner of the adjacent Williams Tower. You need a permit, but I'm not totally sure how much it is or how to obtain it. You may want to call or email the owners directly: http://2800postoakblvd.com/
