Yes, but not directly, you have to change at Mugla or Aydin. For example on Kamil Koç website, in the box at top right, select Kalkis (departure) Kusadasi, Varis (arrival) Aydin or Mugla, and then departure Aydin/Mugla, arrival Marmaris: http://www.kamilkoc.com.tr/.
