There is a shopping complex right across from the Beijing Zoo, where the bus station is. If you're being drop off in front of the zoo, take the underground crosswalk and go straight. It takes you directly into the shopping complex. It's mainly where the local shops. There is a wholesale market there, too. I didn't have chance to see if there is any maternity or baby clothing there or not because we were there only for an hour. It closes early...around 5pm. The sellers are very nice and not aggressive like the ppl at the silk market, hongqiao, or Yaoshow. Check it out.

All I know is that Yashow market have a small selection of baby clothing but my suggestion is to send an e-mail to contact@shoppinginbeijing.com and ask them. Remeber to tell us if they have some idea. Good luck! /Carina
